Position Overview:
As a Plumbing Salesperson at Mr. Rooter Plumbing, you will focus on selling our sewer and drain repair and replacement services, water line re-piping, and gas line installation and repair services. Your role will be to identify business opportunities, consult with customers on their plumbing and gas line needs, and provide tailored solutions that solve their specific challenges. This position requires an individual with extensive knowledge in sewer and drain systems, water line services, and gas line systems to effectively communicate the value of these specialized services to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new sales opportunities focused on sewer and drain repairs, replacements, water line re-pipes, and gas line services in the Santa Cruz area.
Provide expert advice and consultations to customers, offering the most efficient and cost-effective solutions for their plumbing and gas line needs.
Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
Present detailed and accurate quotes for sewer and drain services, water line re-piping, and gas line installations/repairs, and close sales.
Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth project execution, ensuring jobs are completed on time and to the highest standards.
Attend to customers’ concerns and questions throughout the process, ensuring they are fully informed and satisfied.
Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies, trends, and best practices related to sewer, drain, water line, and gas line services.
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, quotes, and sales progress using CRM software.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in plumbing sales, with specialized knowledge of sewer and drain repair/replacement, water line repiping, and gas line services.
Strong understanding of plumbing systems, particularly sewer, drain, water line, and gas line services.
Previous experience in customer service or sales in the plumbing or construction industry is required.
Ability to effectively explain complex plumbing and gas line issues and solutions to customers.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple client relationships.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in using CRM software and general office tools (MS Office, etc.).
A valid driver’s license.

Compensation: $60,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
